Citizens may also participate in the budget process by taking a brief survey, at https://bit.ly/2HEa7cl, through May 31. The survey will allow citizens to allocate spending priorities by administration function to create a simulated budget and demonstrate where funding should be prioritized for the coming fiscal year, which begins October 1.
